FAQ

  • Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made 7–14 days before arrival are charged 50% of the total reservation. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows are charged 100% of the stay.

  • Yes — guests receive artisanal, locally sourced breakfast ingredients they can prepare themselves in the privacy of their in-suite kitchenette.

  • We are a short 5-minute drive to the top of the ski hill at Blue Mountain, and approximately 15 minutes from Collingwood and Thornbury.

  • EV fast charging is coming soon. Guests may bring adapters for standard outlet connections.

  • Our retreat is designed as a peaceful, adults-only wellness space. No children or pets are permitted.

  • Each suite features private spa bathrooms with steam showers, infrared sauna and hot/cold soaker tub, luxury bedding designed for deep restorative sleep, an in-suite fireplace, private outdoor terrace, curated coffee and tea bar, signature scent experience, access to forest trails, pond, fire pits and relaxation areas, on-site parking, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

  • Absolutely. The entire three-suite property can be booked exclusively for retreats, anniversaries, or intimate gatherings. Please contact our concierge for details.

  • Yes — light refresh service is provided daily. Full housekeeping service can be arranged upon request.

  • Our suites include a stocked café bar but not full kitchens. We offer a curated list of local dining options, private chefs, and meal delivery partners.

  • Yes — quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

  • Just your essentials — we provide luxury bedding, towels, robes, toiletries, slippers, and outdoor blankets for enjoying the property.

  • Yes. Digital and physical gift cards are available.

  • We partner with local registered therapists and wellness practitioners. In-suite massage, facials, and body treatments can be arranged with advance 7-day notice through our personal concierge.

  • Yes — our property is available for elopements, wellness retreats, brand shoots, and micro-events.
